On-Site Service by Appointment:
€45 / Hour of intervention + €22.50 per additional half hour

Emergency Service between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM:
€60 / Hour of intervention + €30 per additional half hour

Windows Upgrade (drivers, software, optimization, cleaning):
€99 (3-hour flat rate)

Windows Installation "Migration" (and data restoration):
€99 (3-hour flat rate)

Training / Personal assistance

€25 per hour*

(Training sessions are only available in minimum 1-hour increments, with a discounted rate based on the number of participants upon request.)

Administrative and Paperwork Support

Administrative Procedures (paper and/or online): €30 per hour

Printing: Free for up to 10 black-and-white prints; €0.50 per additional print

Travel Fees:

• Free within 15 km of Lourdes

• €12 for 15 to 25 km

• €22 for 25 to 35 km

• €27 for 35 to 40 km
